Mr. Carlos Aurea Martinez is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a graduated from the University of Guayaquil. Worked for over ten years in one of the four largest international audit companies, serving in senior positions at the executive level: he is now partner in charge of all operations in Salvador Aurea Cìa Ltda. consultants and independent auditors, a company member of Accountants Global Network (AGN) International, based in London.

                                                                                 
Aurea has attended training courses in Accounting, Auditing and Management Consultancy in Germany, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, USA, Mexico, Colombia and Peru. He has been professor at the University of Guayaquil on Modern Accounting Systems and Advanced Accounting. He was technical advisor to the Research Institute of Accountants in Ecuador (IICE) during this position he reviewed and developed  No. 6  Pronouncement “Accounting Standards and Features Inherent in the Financial Statements  For-Profit Companies”, which was the basis for the emission of the first rules of the Superintendence of Companies in Ecuador.

Chairman of the Committee of Accounting Principles of the Research Institute of Accountants Ecuador. (IICE), a professional, legal and technical body, which is responsible for the adoption and diffusion of the International Financial Reporting Standards .

Author of the book “Financial Accounting in Ecuador. Explanation, Analysis and Practical Cases”.

He also has performance courses and seminars: “Ecuadorian Accounting Standards and Conversion of Financial Statements” purposing and applying the scheme for the pattern to the dollar conversion in Ecuador, private and open for participants from several important companies in the country.

 In alliance with Salvador Aurea and as a Legal Representative of KASUG S.A.,  has 16 years of professional experience and has also received training courses and qualifications in Auditing, Consulting, Accounting, Computer Auditing System “Idea Program”, Taxation, Quality Control and Auditing Standards.

His presence in Aurea Cía Ltda. has allowed him to demonstrate his auditing knowledge and business development from several activities such as commercial, industrial, services, special schemes, commercial and industrial deposits

JUAN PUENTE VILLAFUERTE : Auditing Partner

 He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a graduated from the Central University of Quito. He has more than 20 years in the company: Mr. Puente is currently a member of our auditing office in Quito: He has also attended training courses and vocational Training Auditing , Consulting; Accounting, Auditing Computer Auditing System  “Idea Program” in Mexico City, training performance of an integrated Accounting System; Taxation, Labor Regime, Quality Control and Auditing Standards. He has performance courses for Monetary Correction, Accounting, Internal Control, Cash Flow, Convertibility, seminars for auditors Junior, Senior, Supervisors and Managers.

His experience in Aurea Cìa Ltda., has allowed him to develop and demonstrate his auditing knowledge in several activities such as trade, industry, foundations, public companies, companies under the maquila regime, commercial and industrial deposits. He has also worked on special development systems , cost’s implementation,fixed assets, goods and others inventory
